Overview
Mark was a leading insurance lawyer for over 25 years prior to starting up Acacia Insurance & Risk Services with Martin van Rhoon in March 2018.

He worked for various firms as a lawyer prior to joining the award-winning law firm of Lander & Rogers in 2002 to start up the insurance practice in Sydney. For many years as a partner at Landers, he was responsible for leading and developing the Sydney insurance practice, now widely acknowledged for its expertise in the industry. He specialised in professional indemnity, directors and officers and general liability and provided advice to insurers on policy construction and interpretation.

Mark has focussed on the same areas since becoming an insurance broker and joined us when Acacia merged with Omnisure in October 2024. He brings outstanding industry experience to Omnisure and enhances our ability to provide clients with the very best broking and risk management services.
