As a Risk Analyst, Joe works closely with Austin and the wider team to support the delivery of strong client outcomes and effective risk solutions. With a background spanning sales, events, and consulting, he brings a commercially aware and people-focused approach, built on forming strong relationships and understanding client needs. Joe combines clear communication with a proactive mindset, ensuring efficient delivery and attention to detail across all aspects of his work. He is focused on developing his technical expertise and building a well-rounded foundation within the insurance industry.

Outside of work, he’s big on sport and fitness, with a particularly non-reciprocated love for golf, as well as an unfortunate love affair with Middlesbrough FC.
