As a Risk Adviser, Ben works across our Major Accounts and Specialty team, supporting Austin in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. He combines strong technical insight with a people-centred approach, identifying gaps within risk management program and delivering clear, tailored solutions. Ben collaborates closely with underwriters to secure competitive terms and is known for his responsive, straightforward communication. With degrees in psychology, Ben brings a unique understanding of people and decision-making to every client relationship.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys running and following sports – particularly rugby and football!
