Sreyneang Sok – Risk Adviser

Sreyneang’s analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail have earned her this well-deserved promotion. Her ability to identify and close coverage gaps before they become issues exemplifies Omnisure’s proactive approach to protecting clients’ interests. She is fast developing into an exceptional adviser.

Tristen Van Rhoon – Senior Risk Adviser

Tristen’s advancement recognises his ability to build trust and deliver results. Recently securing a significant account with exceptionally high expectations, he not only met but exceeded the client’s goals – achieving coverage enhancements that deepened the relationship. His proactive communication and leadership continue to drive the business forward.

Austin Rosier – Principal Risk Adviser

Austin has been instrumental in expanding Omnisure’s capabilities across complex, multi-jurisdictional risk programs. Known for his calm, methodical approach and sharp negotiation skills, he is also a generous mentor and collaborator within the team – always ready to lend a hand, whether assisting with a challenging claim or helping others build their expertise.

Ben Van Der Merwe – Managing Director, Operations

Ben’s new role reflects his dedication to operational excellence, process improvement, and financial stewardship. As Managing Director, Operations, he ensures Omnisure’s systems and structures scale efficiently to support growth while maintaining the high service standards clients expect.

This appointment strengthens the leadership structure, with Ben overseeing execution and operational performance, while Schalk Van Der Merwe, as Chief Executive Officer, continues to set the strategic direction and vision for the business.
